Project or item-specific support.
We start by talking about what you’ve got going on. It could be a project you’re working on, like organizing family photos or files or writing a memoir. It could be that your printer won’t print or your computer and iPhone aren’t synchronizing as you want or your website and Google business listing aren’t connected or documents aren’t designed the way you’d like and on and on.
Save time and money by getting better organized and decrease frustration by getting what you need.
How and how much?
- The first hour or so is on me. We can talk via phone or video or in person to get acquainted. After that, you can choose to either work with me by the hour ($75/hr) or buy a block of 5 hours for $300 – save some cash 💸
Retainer-based support.
If you want someone you can contact whenever you have a question, consider me your tech connection. You can call, email or meet via video where I can provide support remotely.
How and how much?
- For folks in the western Massachusetts area, once a month, I’ll stop by for an in-person visit. Up to 8 hours a month for $400 billed in 30 minute increments – like a lawyer only cheaper 😉
